POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and controlling deliverables of various Projects across the Casino Marketing Division. Working under the Business Processes team, the role supports the delivery of Divisional strategies by ensuring that all initiatives are implemented efficiently, on time, and aligned with business goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plans and initiates various Divisional projects and coordinates with the respective BU Heads.
  • Manages, coordinates, and supervises the progress of existing projects (projects’ lifecycle).
  • Monitors and controls project progress and ensures deliverables are within scope, time, quality, and budgets.
  • Uses Project Management tools to manage projects and mitigate risks.
  • Prepares and maintains detailed project documentation including timelines, resource plans, and status updates.
  • Prepares and maintains detailed project reports, timelines, and summaries to support the management in decision making and planning.
  • Ongoing liaison with various Business Units to follow up on the deliverables of various projects.
  • Collaborates closely with Gaming Operations on defining the deliverables, creates and tests the use cases in cooperation with IT and Technical team.
  • Participates in and supports UAT (user acceptance testing) projects.
  • Works with the Business Processes team to document and optimize workflows and SOPs.
  • Supports the preparation and presentation of project proposals and business cases for internal approval. Continuously monitors the external market for new opportunities and technologies that could be implemented within the Division.
  • Ongoing liaison with vendors, suppliers and partners and follows up on different projects and their deliverables.
  • From time to time, management may change certain tasks based on synergies due to business requirements and operational changes.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Project Plan objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Timely and accurate recording of information and statistical analysis of information pertaining to the compliance and risk management programme and related matters
  • Constructive relationships with external contacts, internal customers and Casino Marketing division team members are built
  • Process improvements implemented
  • Adherence to and execution of all relevant policies and procedures and risk assessments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Project Management.
  • Previous experience in the gaming, entertainment industry is considered an advantage

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Professional Project Management Certification (PMP or PRINCE2)

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent MS Office suite knowledge, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with project management software and methodologies
  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in Project management tools
  • Familiarity with gaming or CRM systems is an advantage
