Technician and Warehouse Assistant

Type: Full time

We are searching for reliable and skilled technician to handle the setup and installation of gas outdoor grills at our warehouse-store and at our customers’ homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring grills are safely and properly installed, offering a high level of customer service, and following all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team with unloading new product shipments into the warehouse.
• Packing and loading products for order delivery.
• Assist with stock taking and warehouse general upkeep.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and manufacturer guidelines.
• Connect and test gas lines, ensuring all fittings are secure and leak-free.
• Provide customers with operational instructions and basic maintenance advice.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good physical condition – Ability to lift/carry heavy items.
• Previous experience in gas appliance installation or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow technical manuals and diagrams.
• Understanding of gas systems, gas lines and regulators and gas appliances.
• Knowledge of gas systems, plumbing, and electrical safety.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
