AREA MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make sure that the actions, goals, and strategy you implement in stores are part of a bigger strategy for the whole Area and contribute to the Brand plan
- Identify sales opportunities and after discussion with Sales Manager, implement strategies to enhance the customer experience in stores, ensuring that sales targets and company goals are reached
- Follow up and analyze key KPIs of the Area and after agreeing with the Sales Manager initiate actions to increase profit and balance long and short-term planning
- Provide constructive guidance to Store Managers as well as support, lead, and manage them to increase the overall performance of their stores
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Store Managers, execute and ensure performance reviews and follow-ups
- Oversee and ensure succession plan for Store Managers and Store Management roles.
- Ensure that employee relation responsibilities,legal requirements, and policies are fulfilled
- Secure compliance with all safety & security, administration, and legal procedures.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role with proven delivery of business results
- Strong results in the areas of people development and engagement
- Very good knowledge of English written and spoken
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Strong commercial vision to set a strategy to maximize sales profitability in your area
- Sales-driven and result oriented
- Creative team player with love for fashion and drive to constantly develop customer experience in stores and our business
- Strong focused on customers to optimize results and fulfill the customers’ expectations
- Able to plan, prioritize monitor and respond to changes – quickly and effectively
- Clear and inspiring in communication with excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills
- Ambassador of the company’s culture and values
