Installation Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Cyprus team, ensuring excellence in the installation of elevators and escalators. This is a key role that combines technical expertise, people leadership, and customer relationship management.

What will you do?

As a Site Supervisor, you will be accountable for:

• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity throughout installation and handover
• Leading proactive site preparations, risk assessments, audits, and readiness checks
• Managing installation planning, logistics, materials, resources, and tools
• Supervising the installation team and subcontractors, empowering them through regular huddles and clear performance targets
• Verifying installation quality, closing non-conformities, and ensuring successful handover to maintenance
• Acting as the primary contact for the customer, ensuring satisfaction through professional communication and smooth project delivery
• Driving continual improvement by applying LEAN principles, motivating the team to identify waste and implement better ways of working

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in construction, technical site supervision, or installation projects (ideally in elevators/escalators or related industries)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams and subcontractors
• Customer-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, costs, and compliance
