Job Description:Job descriptionThe Global Markets Traded Products Technology team manages two critical data platforms – GMPP/Zinc and Arctic that support multiple Enterprise functions. Those functions include Finance (daily PV to Subledger), Global Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, daily Collateral/Margin, Enterprise Capital Management, Central Regulatory Reporting and other regulatory reporting including NFRR.Every year the team is involved in high priority, critical enterprise programs often with regulatory reporting requirements. The Zinc data team is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to fulfill these mandates. ResponsibilitiesOwn project/program delivery for Traded ProductsAnalyze downstream data needs and provide end-to-end solutions to enable GMPP/Zinc to deliver on key projects and programsCreate business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, JIRA tickets, project plans, resource allocation charts and other project documentsManage and track progress of project tasks, address ad-hoc data requests from usersWork with internal development teams and external business partners to identify scope and define approach as well as execute on key deliveriesTrack and drive resolution for data quality issuesManage the day to day project deliverables including providing project status updates to the PMO teamAbility to do deep dives into issues to help drive resolutionHighlight, escalate and resolve issues, conflicts and roadblocksJob RequirementsRequired skills:Minimum 4 years of experience (6 years or more preferred), with 2 years minimum in a combined BA and PM role in a Financial InstitutionStrong communication and presentation skills Expertise in Enterprise Credit and Market Risk Management systems with good understanding of regulatory initiatives such as Dodd-Frank, Volcker and BaselGood understanding of Fixed Income Credit Commodities (FICC) & Equities OTC Derivative productsFamiliarity with derivative products risk sensitiveness: Greeks and PnL scenarios.

Working expertise in big bank Risk data warehouse is a plus.Experience of working with cross-functional and global teams with dynamic business requirementsGood understanding of all asset classes and basic risk conceptsGood understanding of business and data flowsExperience with project management and project reporting toolsDesired skills:Knowledge of trade life cycle, risk management and front to back office flowsExperience delivering solutions for regulatory projectsCompetencies: business knowledge, innovation & creativityBusiness Results: client relationships, analytical ability, execution, change leadershipResponsible for capturing and refining business and/or system requirements (based on specialization). Leverages experience and understanding of stakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisions the solution to solve a problem (manual or through software).

Performs Cost/Benefit Analysis to align the technology to business strategy. Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements on the application. Acts as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions.

Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies. Assists users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting, and may help configure test solutions to validate functional and system needs. Identifies, document and troubleshoot application related problems. Documents process, procedures and workflows associated with applications.

Leads or participate in continuous improvement efforts; Building expertise in creating, analyzing, and improving processes. Creates, maintains and presents training materials for end-users.
