ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client,a
well-established hotel in Athens, is looking for a Front Office & Revenue
Manager.

📌Location: Athens

🖋️You will be
reporting to: Hotel Management team

Your work will include:

The Front Office & Revenue Manager
will act as a strategic partner in both revenue optimization and front office
leadership, contributing to the hotel’s overall performance and guest
satisfaction.

More specifically:

  • Managing pricing, availability, bookings, and
    inquiries across OTA platforms
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring
    pricing strategies
  • Daily, monthly, and annual forecasting and
    budgeting
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance
    indicators
  • Conducting market and competitor rate analysis
  • Applying yield management and demand-driven
    pricing techniques
  • Ensuring exceptional guest service standards
    at all touchpoints
  • Overseeing all front desk operations
    (check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation, etc.)
  • Recruiting, training, supervising, and
    mentoring the Front Office team
  • Preparing weekly and monthly staff schedules
    in compliance with Greek Labor Law
  • Proactively managing guest complaints and
    special requests
  • Coordinating contracts and operations for
    events hosted at the hotel
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies,
    security procedures, and brand standards
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance in all guest data
    handling processes

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in
    Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven
    experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of
    the English language (additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Advanced user of
    Windows and MS Office applications
  • Strong expertise in
    OTA platforms and channel management systems
  • Solid understanding
    of revenue management principles and best practices
  • Strong communication
    and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven,
    adaptable, and highly organized professional
  • Leadership mindset
    with a strong coaching and people-development approach
