Office Assistant

We are
looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support the
smooth and efficient daily operation of our office. The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Reception
    of visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Maintain
    office organization, supplies, and filing systems
  • Provide
    administrative support to management teams
  • Welcome
    visitors and handle incoming calls/emails
  • Coordinate
    meeting rooms, schedules, and office events
  • Manage
    correspondence, courier services, and document handling
  • Support
    basic finance/admin tasks (invoices, purchase orders, tracking expenses)
  • Collaborate
    with vendors and service providers
  • Provide
    administrative and organizational support to the General Manager, including
    calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist
    the General Manager with preparing presentations, reports, and documentation,
    ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on action items.

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University
    degree (BA/BS) required
  • Working
    experience in a similar position will be an asset
  • Excellent
    knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal communication)  
  • Excellent
    PC skills (Windows, MS Office suite, Internet)
  • Excellent
    interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Ability
    to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Ability
    to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Positive
    attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
