company leader in its field, is seeking to recruit a B2B Sales Representative – Luxury Bathroom & Home Solutions, based in Athens.

B2B Sales Representative – Luxury Bathroom & Home Solutions (6099/ESS/BSR-LB&HS/GR)

Role Overview:

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a key role in
supporting the company’s commercial strategy by driving sales results with
existing customers across all channels, while actively acquiring new customers
and projects within the allocated region. Acting as a primary point of contact
between the organization and its retail/B2B partners, the position contributes
to strong brand positioning and long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve distribution of the company’s products
    in all channels at assigned region.
  • Acquire new direct and indirect customers, win
    and follow up projects.
  • Presentation of products to all target groups
    and care about exposition of product presentation, including innovations.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective formal
    and informal business network contacts.
  • Ensure that the company is providing the
    appropriate range and quality of service.
  • Planning, executing and reporting on field
    visits including targets and business development of KPIs.
  • Realization of annual and long-term targets and
    budgets (sales, customers, listings, POS, costs etc.).
  • Using CRM for tracking and reporting all daily
    activities and keeping databases up to date.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2 years in B2B sales within
    premium brands in bathroom, kitchen, HVAC or another relevant industry.
  • Good understanding of technical product
    specifications.
  • Strong ability to build, manage and maintain
    professional relationships.
  • Consultative sales approach with a focus on
    advisory support.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and
    customer orientation.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven
    attitude.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to travel in Greece.
