For the role of Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end processing of new merchant applications and the updating of existing account data.
- Operating multiple digital platforms simultaneously to ensure accurate data entry and system synchronization.
- Documenting and monitoring the lifecycle of all service requests within the internal tracking tools.
- Meeting department targets by adhering strictly to operational guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Reviewing merchant documentation to ensure all requirements for system activation are fulfilled.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Ability to work in morning shifts (08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00) on a monthly schedule.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Back-office activities, preferably related to SME products.
- Good command of the English language.
