International HR Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the HR interface between the Greek HQ and the US affiliate, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of HR practices.
• Partner closely with the US-based HR Senior Manager to support local HR initiatives and ensure consistency with global policies.
• Lead cross-border HR projects including onboarding, talent development, and employe engagement.
• Provide guidance on international mobility, compliance, and cultural integration.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management across both locations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, organizational design, and change management.
• Support HR operations in Greece when needed 

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment
• Exposure to international HR roles is mandatory
• Hands-on experience to international mobility practices, policies and regulations is a strong asset
• Strong understanding of both Greek and US labor laws and HR practices.
• Proven ability to manage cross-cultural relationships and remote collaboration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to the US.
