in the fields of Asset Management and Hospitality, is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer.

✔️ Reports to: Technical
Director

• University
  degree in Civil Engineering – MSc will be a plus.
• At least 5
  years of experience in a similar position and in high end projects in
  hospitality. 
• Excellent
  written and spoken knowledge of Greek and English is required.
• Excellent
  knowledge of AutoCAD and MS office applications
• Thorough
  knowledge of Greek Legislation pertinent to department’s activities.
• Knowledge of structural software programs is
  highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage,
  oversee and coordinate the construction process and all related projects
  within budget, timeline and quality standards.
• Manage,
  oversee and coordinate the collection, review and distribution of As-Built
  Drawings, Operations and Maintenance Manuals and all other essential project
  files. 
• Manage and
  coordinate the Project Delivery Process to the client/operator ensuring a
  seamless turn-key delivery.
• Manage major
  or minor design work from beginning to end.
• Implement
  design or analysis tasks in accordance with building code requirements.
• Preparation
  of Structural Design Firm Contracts in coordination with other senior engineers
  and/or Project Manager.
• Select structural
  firms and attend and coordinate the selection process.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with
  the Senior Architect, MEP Senior Engineer, and other team members
  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate weekly meetings during the design and construction phases
  to ensure timely delivery and alignment among all involved parties.
• Anticipate
  any special occurrences that might affect the delivery of long-lead
  projects and take the necessary remedial actions.
• Understand client
  /operator requirements.
• Supervise and lead the project design (Structural) team, ensuring
  adherence to permitting rules, time schedules, cost control, and
  client/operator requirements at all project stages (concept design,
  predesign, design development).
• Ensure alignment with health and safety
  guidelines and implement necessary measures.
• Prepare tender documents in collaboration with other senior team
  members and/or the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with other teams (Procurement, Maintenance, Strategic Consultants, Graphic Designers, 3D Designers, etc.) to align and manage the design phase of projects.
