seeking a skilled Head of Maintenance to join our dynamic team. This role is
pivotal in ensuring that our facilities and operations run smoothly and
efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance team,
ensuring the upkeep of our properties to the highest standards. We are looking

Job Description

As a Head of Maintenance you will:

Manage
and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians and contractors

Develop
and implement comprehensive maintenance programs and procedures

Conduct
regular facility inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues

Coordinate
with various departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks

Ensure
compliance with all safety regulations and procedures within the industry

We are looking for candidates who possess:

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this role

In-depth technical knowledge in areas such as HVAC and electrical systems

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are critical

Bilingual abilities in Greek and English to facilitate effective communication
