We are currently looking for a self-motivated Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer graduate to join our Occupational Health & Safety Studies department. The Technical Support Specialist will contribute in the development and project implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) studies for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to client facilities for OSH data collection which will be used in the development of emergency evacuation plans and occupational risk assessments
- Contribute to the development of small-scale OSH studies.
- Liaise effectively with clients and partners, offering professional support and information via email and/or telephone
- Maintain and update ERP systems (Soft1)
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and related regulations will be considered an asset
- Experience using ERP systems will be considered an asset
Skillset:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in English
