Greece is growing and is currently looking for a passionate, pleasant to work
with, HR enthusiast to cover the position of HR Recruiter in our HQ in Athens. 

What is Expected from You 👇

You’ll
attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as
well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You’ll screen
candidates, interview them, run background checks and finally match them to
clients. 

What does a typical day as a ManpowerGroup Recruiter look like:

• Gaining a deep
  understanding of clients’ needs for recruitment
• Creating job
  posts for use in a range of media, as well as networking, headhunting and
  through referrals
• Sourcing and
  attracting candidates by using various channels: ManpowerGroup database
  (ATS), LinkedIn, career offices, job fairs, references etc
• Conducting
  interviews of candidates on a daily basis (Phone/F2F/Virtually)
• Using our
  Manpower methodology and tools to screen candidates, interview them, do
  background checks and match them with the needs of our clients
• Advising both
  clients and candidates on employment conditions, salary levels, training
  requirements and career opportunities
• Detecting
  avenues of business development with existing clients
• Meeting monthly
  and annual targets within strict deadlines 

Who You Need to Be to Fit this Role:

• At least 1 year
  of experience in a similar position or internship role
• University
  degree in Business Administration, Social Science or relevant field
• Master’s degree
  in HR will be considered an asset
• Excellent
  command of the English Language (oral and written)
• A proven high
  performer, driven, with high energy levels
• Ability to
  understand and contribute to a high performing HR solutions team
• Customer
  focused and target-oriented
• Commitment to
  provide excellent quality work and build client relationships
• Strong teamwork
  skills
