a leading company in the tobacco industry, is looking for a Strategic Planning Associate.

📌 Location: Athens

📍 Working Model: Hybrid

🖋️You will be reporting to: GMCI Planning Manager

Your work will include:

As a Strategic Planning Associate, you will
support the business with data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance
analysis, contributing to informed commercial and strategic decisions.

More specifically:

• Track and analyze volume, value, and
  market share performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and
  opportunities
• Monitor market trends, consumer
  dynamics, and competitive activity, translating insights into actionable
  recommendations
• Support demand forecasting through
  data analysis, assumptions building, and tracking performance versus plan
• Contribute to pricing analysis,
  scenario simulations, and sensitivity assessments
• Support the development and
  follow-up of business cases, including post-implementation performance
  tracking
• Prepare clear, insightful reports
  and dashboards for management and key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Commercial,
  Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and data
  consistency
• Proactively identify data gaps,
  improvement opportunities, and process enhancements
• Ensure high standards of data
  accuracy, consistency, and analytical rigor

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business
  Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s Degree will be considered
  an asset
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar
  analytical or strategic planning role
• Strong analytical and cognitive
  ability to build forecasting and performance tracking models
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills,
  especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of written and
  spoken English
• Strong attention to detail, critical
  thinking, and accuracy
• Ability to manage time effectively,
  work under pressure, and adapt to change
• Strong communication and
  interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive, and
  constructive attitude
