Marketing Assistant

ICAP Employment Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join a leading client in the pharmaceutical, health & beauty industry and support their advertising and promotional efforts to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in organizing various projects
• Assist in the organization of events and traditional or digital campaigns
• Support in the creation of branding material (leaflets, brochures, giveaways etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of company presentations
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
• Assist with social media and website content

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or current enrollment in a related Master’s degree
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Strong desire to learn with the ability to work in a team and independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with online and analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics, CMS) is a plus
