Greece, on behalf of a global leading company in the packaging industry, is
seeking a Sourcing – Purchasing and Spare Parts Administrator.

 

📌 Location: Thessaloniki

📍  Working
Model: On site

🖋️You will be
reporting to: Production Supervisor

 

As a Sourcing, Purchasing and Spare Parts Administrator, you will manage
procurement activities and ensure the effective availability of spare parts to
support operational continuity. The role involves supplier sourcing, purchasing
execution, spare parts administration, and inventory coordination, in close
collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. This position is
offered on an initial fixed-term contract, with opportunities for future
development.

What you
will do:

 

  • Management Negotiation & management of contracts (Energy, Telecommunications,
    Company Car Leasing, Local Suppliers)
  • Purchase Order (PO) creation &
    follow-up in line with P2P policy
  • Preparation of Supply & Service
    Contracts
  • Purchasing Requisition (PR) management
    & approval routing
  • Daily communication with all plant
    departments
  • Invoice & documentation management
    (3-Way Match, submission to SSC)
  • Goods receipts (physical & system
    entries)
  • Suppliers & contractors evaluation
  • Spare parts management & monitoring
  • Monthly rolling & annual inventory
    (spares & secondary packaging)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What we are
looking for:

 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree –
    preferably in Mechanic engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
    with experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in
    above fields
  • You are proficient in drafting and
    communicating effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • You are proficient in using computer
    applications – mainly MS Office, any experience with ERP systems
  • You have fulfilled military service (in
    case of a male)
  • Solid understanding of procurement
    processes and inventory management principles is considered a plus
  • You are target oriented, organized with
    analytical skills
  • You are a Team player
  • You can manage priorities and tasks
    within deadlines
