Operating Expenditure Team – Invoice Registration & Process Control Specialist

Job Description:

• Register, check and process invoices and expense claims.
• Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documentation to facilitate audits and reporting.
• Liaise with internal teams and our agent network to gather necessary information for invoice validation and approval.

 Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable, or finance operations, preferably in the shipping, transportation, or logistics sector.
• Aptitude in working with figures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems for invoice processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
