Sales Representative
Job Description
•New Customer Acquisition (40%): Identify, approach, and convert dentists who are not currently Ariston customers. Build pipeline from cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
•Dormant Account Reactivation: Systematically contact and win back dentists who stopped purchasing or declined. Diagnose why they left or declined and re-activate.
•Competitive Displacement: Target dentists currently buying from competitors. Develop value propositions that win business from the competition.
•CRM & Reporting: Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene. Log all activities, update opportunities, and participate in weekly pipeline reviews with Sales Director.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
•3 years of B2B sales experience selling to private entrepreneurs/professionals
•Proven track record of New Customer Acquisition
•Experience selling technical products or equipment
•Demonstrated success working within structured sales teams with regular reporting and CRM usage
•Ability to travel once per month
•Extroversion, competitiveness, resilience, self-confidence
