Are you passionate with Financial Analysis or looking for a new challenge in the hospitality industry? Join our dynamic team at Domes Resorts and play a key role in supporting our Finance team to drive business growth. This multifaceted role seeks a Financial Analyst professional, being capable of analyzing financial performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial status.
- Prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership
- Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision making.
- Study and analyze trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions
- Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins.
- Create reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals.
- Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis.

Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills to support you in your role:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as lateral thinking.
- Great presentation skills & eloquence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization & prioritizing skills.
Experience, certificates, and education:
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics.
- A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts).
- Strong finance, analytical and accounting skills.
- Very good operational and problem-solving skills, accompanied by a hands-on approach.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI will be considered an asset.
