Our team in Cyprus is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Sales professional based in Nicosia. In this role, you will build relationships and manage accounts with our existing customers while expanding the portfolio by selling maintenance contracts to both new and existing clients. What you will do – Key responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships within your area of responsibility
  • Be responsible for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales targets and budget
  • Identify customer needs and provide KONE solutions that best meet those needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in collaboration with the KONE team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on opportunities, customers, activities, and visits in the CRM system
  • Be responsible for pricing using approved sales tools
  • Ensure that contract content aligns with the outcomes of the negotiation process

Skills and experience

  • Passion for sales, with proven experience in service sales and a strong customer focus
  • Service-oriented mindset with solid commercial awareness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs
  • Basic IT skills and willingness to work with digital tools and innovations
  • Experience in a similar industry, working with facility managers, builders, and investors
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
