Job Description

Gaming PR & Product Communications

Execute PR strategies for major publisher releases across regional markets

Coordinate press releases, PR kits, media alerts, screenshots/trailers, and key art in line with publisher requirements and launch timelines

Build and maintain relationships with gaming journalists, influencers, YouTubers, and streamers

Manage local influencer activations in alignment with publisher compliance guidelines

Corporate Communications & Reputation

Develop and maintain the company’s official voice across corporate channels (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, corporate materials, and news hubs)

Prepare executive briefing materials and coordinate leadership interviews

Draft and distribute corporate announcements, partnership communications, business updates, and crisis communication responses

Media Relations & Press Office

Maintain a media database of gaming, tech, and business journalists

Pitch stories, arrange interviews, and secure media coverage for corporate initiatives and campaigns

Monitor media sentiment and prepare regular reports for senior management

Event Communications & Support

Support international and local events such as press previews, influencer sessions, partner activations, retail events, and trade shows

Internal Communication Support

Strengthen communication flows between marketing, sales, operations, and regional teams

Ensure accuracy of internal materials, including fact sheets, product information, and corporate documents

Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience in PR, communications, gaming PR, corporate communications, or entertainment media

Strong understanding of gaming culture, media landscape, and industry trends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English

Experience in media relations, crisis communication, or high-visibility announcements will be considered a plus

Strong project management and multi-country coordination skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage fast-paced campaign schedules

Comfortable presenting ideas to senior stakeholders

Proactive mindset with attention to both detail and big-picture strategy
