Logistics Manager

A leading technology provider specializing in innovative guest-facing solutions (hardware & software) for the global hospitality industry is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to join their Operations team.

In this standalone role, you will be the backbone of their supply chain, managing everything from global procurement of IT hardware to complex international shipping logistics.

The responsibilities of the Logistics Manager:

• Procurement: Execute purchase orders for high-tech equipment (servers, CPUs, specialized remote controls, etc.) based on technical specifications provided by the Sales and Engineering teams.
• Global Logistics: Manage complex import/export operations globally, primarily utilizing air freight.
• Warehouse Oversight: Coordinate our owned warehouse in Athens and manage 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners in Singapore and Dubai.
• Documentation & Compliance: Issue all necessary shipping documents (Delivery Notes, etc.) and coordinate with the Accounting department.
• Project Management: Maintain rigorous follow-ups on orders and shipments to ensure zero delays in project implementation.
• Data Management: Utilize Entersoft ERP to track inventory, orders, and logistics data.

The ideal candidate should have:

• University degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field
• Familiarity with IT hardware/electronics is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Entersoft is a significant plus).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) to communicate with global suppliers and 3PL providers.
• Proven track record in Logistics or Procurement within a commercial or 3PL environment.
• Solid experience in global import/export procedures and air freight.
