Guest Relations Supervisor
The Role:
The Guest Relations Supervisor at Domes Resorts is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience by overseeing the guest relations team and managing guest interactions. This role involves enhancing guest satisfaction through personalized service, addressing concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Monitor guest interactions and ensure that all staff members provide a personalized service.
Train, supervise, and mentor guest relations team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high standards of service.
Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments to enhance the guest experience.
Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and departmental performance for management review.
Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue.
Promote Hotel Facilities such as restaurants, bars, spa etc.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback in the hotel management system.
Assist in the development and implementation of guest service policies and procedures.

Barista
The Role:
As a Barista at Domes Resorts, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. The role requires a passion for coffee, knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Barista is not only a key part of the Domes’ guest experience but also plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the café or coffee shop, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding high standards of quality in every beverage prepared.
Some of the responsibilities:
Preparation of Beverages & Customer Service
· Preparation of coffees and other beverages, preparing and serving a variety of coffees, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, and filter, using specialized espresso machines and other equipment, as well as beverages (tea, hot or cold chocolate, natural juices, smoothies).
· Adapting to customer preferences, serving and different types of coffee (e.g. decaffeinated, plant-based milks), different sweetness or flavour combinations.
· Ensuring a positive experience, being the first contact with the customer, adopting a friendly approach.
Equipment and Stock Management
· Maintenance of machines and equipment, undertaking their disinfection and cleaning when necessary.
· Renewing supplies by checking the sufficiency of materials (coffee, milk, syrups, flavourings, etc.) and informing those responsible.
· Preparing and storing materials, ensuring that they are fresh and properly stored in accordance with hygiene requirements.
Team Collaboration
· Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and customer service best practices.
· Collaborate with the kitchen staff, and servers to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of beverages and food items.
· Communicate effectively with team members regarding guest preferences, product availability, and any issues or concerns that arise during service.
Health and Safety Compliance
· Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations, including maintaining a clean environment, handling food safely, and using sanitizing solutions appropriately.
· Be aware of potential allergens in beverages (e.g., dairy, nuts) and ensure accurate communication of ingredients when asked by the guests.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Useful to have:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in guest relations or customer service, in a luxury hospitality environment.
Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.
Proficiency with property management systems (Opera) and other hotel-related software.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of guest service across all departments within the division.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing interactions with both guests and team members.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the personnel, while also demonstrating decisiveness and accountability.
A problem-solving approach with an eye for detail as the ability to think on one’s feet and address challenges.
