ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an IT Manager. 

Our client is a well-established company in the import and distribution of promotional items, corporate apparel, and accessories. With a strong presence in Greece, Cyprus, and the Balkans, they collaborate with top European brands and maintain the largest stock in their industry.

📍 Working Model: On-site 

🖋️You will be reporting to: CEO 

What you will do: 

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for the overall IT operations, infrastructure stability, and digital efficiency of the organization. You will ensure the smooth operation of systems, lead IT initiatives, and act as a key partner to the business in aligning technology with company goals. 

More specifically, you will: 

• Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environment 
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and services 
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Azure, and backup systems 
• Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint) and support SQL databases 
• Oversee and optimize ERP (Softone) and HRM systems Lead network administration, hardware/software lifecycle, and peripheral support 
• Maintain and enhance IT security (firewalls, antivirus, VPN, access control) 
• Manage VoIP telephony systems and communication tools 
• Collaborate with management to plan and implement IT improvements and digital initiatives 

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field 
• Proven experience in managing IT operations and infrastructure within a business environment 
• Ability to take full ownership of IT systems, ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement 
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments (Azure), networking, and enterprise systems (ERP) 
• Experience in planning, prioritizing, and executing IT projects and improvements 
• Ability to make decisions, solve complex problems, and operate autonomously 
• Very good command of English 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide, support, and influence non-technical users
