For the role of Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting prioritization, follow-ups, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Driving and coordinating cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.
  • Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extracting, analyzing, and preparing reports from ERP to support decision-making, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Supporting decision-making through data analysis, financial insights, and business research.
  • Using AI tools , Power BI, and Excel AI features to enhance analysis, reporting, and productivity. 
  • Improving internal processes by identifying opportunities for automation and smarter ways of working.
  • Coordinating communication between the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

For the role of Sales Analyst, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, analytics, or finance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data extraction.
  • Practical experience with ChatGPT or similar tools for research and drafting. 
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for dashb
  • ards and KPI tracking.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including AI-assisted or automation features.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
