ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leader in the Facility Management Services, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of:

Senior MEP Maintenance Engineer (6254/SMEPE/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, estimate, and cost mechanical and electrical maintenance works and small-scale technical projects.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Define technical specifications and evaluate project requirements.
• Prepare and manage supplier and subcontractor agreements.
• Remotely oversee maintenance and construction teams across multiple sites, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to project schedules.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Ensure that all maintenance and construction activities are delivered in compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project budgets.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of professional experience in maintenance management and the execution of mechanical/electrical maintenance and small-scale construction projects.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
