As a Field Service Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Installing, commissioning, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting production and packaging equipment directly at customer sites.
• Conducting systematic root-cause analysis to resolve complex electro-mechanical and automation issues, utilizing remote support networks when necessary.
• Ensuring all operations are fully executed in strict accordance with international quality standards, food safety regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety (H&S) requirements.
• Conducting practical technical training sessions for client operators, both on-site and remotely, to ensure optimal machinery operation.
• Acting as a key ambassador for the company, building strong, professional relationships with clients, and safeguarding the organization’s reputation.
• Composing and submitting accurate, timely technical reports regarding completed tasks, ensuring seamless handovers and documentation.

To qualify for the Field Service Engineer role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Possession of a valid Professional Mechanical or Electrical License is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical, hands-on experience in technical maintenance or technical customer service roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and an excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge or familiarity with PLC systems is highly appreciated.
• A strong willingness to travel extensively, primarily within Northern and Central Greece with overnight stays, as well as occasional travel abroad.
• A professional “customer-first” mindset, the ability to work independently, and a strong drive for continuous learning.
