We are looking for a Product Campaign Specialist to join the dynamic team of Vodafone Greece.
Product Campaign Specialist
Job Description
- Design and execute targeted customer campaigns (cross-sell & upsell) to enhance customer value and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved results.
- Analyze large customer datasets using analytical and statistical tools to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and optimization of customer campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Support data-driven decision making by translating customer insights into business recommendations.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Advanced Analytical Skills & Commercial Thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and stakeholders’ engagement skills
- Very good organizational, problem solving and time management skills
- Use statistical models and methods to identify most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions
- Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Research, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
