Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

On behalf of our client —an international lifestyle hotel brand bringing design-led luxury, vibrant culture, and a fresh approach to hospitality in Athens— we are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Floor Supervisor to join their Housekeeping team.

In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership to elevate guest experiences, ensure flawless presentation, and empower a high-performing housekeeping team.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily operations across guest rooms and public spaces to maintain maximum cleanliness and repair status.
• Conduct meticulous inspections of rooms (departures and stayovers) and communal areas to ensure all spaces conform to the brand’s premium standards.
• Maintain clear, efficient communication with the Front Desk and Engineering teams for seamless room turnover and prompt maintenance reporting.
• Address guest concerns and feedback directly with care and efficiency, proposing continuous improvements to enhance both operational flow and the guest stay.
• Ensure all housekeeping team members have the appropriate resources, equipment, and support needed to carry out their work effectively.

• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a supervisory capacity within a high-end boutique, luxury, or contemporary lifestyle hotel.
• A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is considered a strong plus.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required; knowledge of any additional languages is a distinct advantage.
• An eye for detail and design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Leadership skills focused on support, efficiency, and team motivation.
• Excellent grooming standards
• Valid work authorization to live and work in Greece/EU
