Rontis Hellas SA, a Greek multinational healthcare company, active in the field of specialty healthcare (R&D, production, international promotion and distribution of pharmaceuticals & medical devices), is seeking to employ a highly skilled and experienced:

 Junior Product Manager, Emergency Care

The Junior Product Manager is responsible for driving the commercial success, market adoption and lifecycle management of the Emergency Care portfolio. The specific role combines product management, clinical support, customer engagement, commercialization, product evaluation and sales enablement while acting as the primary product expert for customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Portfolio Management

  • Defines product positioning, messaging and value propositions
  • Develops annual product launch and market penetration plans along with commercialization initiatives
  • Monitors product performance, market trends and competitive activity

Clinical & Customer Support

  • Conducts regular visits to EMS organizations, hospitals, emergency departments and ambulance services
  • Delivers product demonstrations and clinical workflow presentations
  • Provides end-user training for paramedics, nurses, physicians, biomedical engineers and ambulance technicians
  • Designs and deliver train-the-trainer programs and refresher education
  • Supports product implementation following installation

Tender & Commercial Support

  • Prepares technical specifications, compliance matrices and product documentation
  • Supports responses to public tenders and customer requests
  • Participates in clarification meetings and technical presentations
  • Develops competitive comparisons and clinical justification documents

Sales Enablement

  • Develops presentations, demonstration scripts, ROI tools, objection handling guides and sales training materials
  • Performs wider company internal product awareness initiatives for multi-bag sales reps
  • Supports strategic customer meetings and key opportunities

 

Qualifications / Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Paramedicine, Emergency Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), emergency medicine, or the medical device industry, with a focus on Emergency Care products.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer training programs and conduct product demonstrations effectively.
  • Experience supporting product evaluations, clinical assessments, and/or public tender processes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% to 70% of the time).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Very good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, analytical mindset with attention to detail, reliability
