The Role. As the Senior Technical Recruiter at AArete, you will lead the charge performing full lifecycle recruiting for AArete’s full time, temp to perm and sub-contractor positions. Including, but not limited to: sourcing and screening applicants, scheduling interviews, maintaining timely communication, drafting contracts, onboarding, and maintaining accurate reporting. You will serve as a key asset to both the Recruiting and Staffing teams to fill niche positions for AArete’s diverse client portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead on all technical hiring recruitment efforts for AArete’s global offices
- Collaborate directly with AArete’s Center of Data Excellence (CODE) team, AArete Technical Services (ATS), international leadership, and our internal staffing department to fulfill hiring needs
- Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Screen candidates for fit and schedule follow up interviews
- Utilize an applicant tracking system to organize and coordinate all candidate information and activity
- Draft employment contracts and manage candidate onboarding tasks
- Communicate professionally and maintain high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5-7 years total recruiting experience, with 2-3 years focused on technical recruiting
- Very strong talent sourcer with proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with staff augmentation and hiring freelance technical talent
- Experience hiring Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts and IT professionals
- Outstanding service skills – highly responsive and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and diligent task follow-through
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time, adhering to strict deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Outlook and Excel
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Highly collaborative, with a strong team orientation
- Motivated self-manager
- Strategic nature and high level of emotional intelligence
