As a Yearbook Sales Associte, you will be joining an established team in the territory and will play a key role in creating a positive, enriching school environment by celebrating experiences, milestones and achievements.
We know that nothing captures the energy and excitement at a school like a yearbook filled with photographs and achievements of students. And while parents can appreciate how quickly time will pass and those events will fade, students likely aren’t thinking that way. We help students experience truly lasting memories by assisting schools with the production and marketing of their yearbook each year. With our help, schools tell the story and curate the memories that will be shared for a lifetime.
What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis:
Service your assigned area or region
Drive sales growth within existing accounts and by gaining new business
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory-specific growth plan
Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations
Maintain, strengthen and build relationships to stay apprised of customer needs and priorities as related to our services
Deliver compelling presentations to administrators, students, parents and key decision-makers
Develop trusted and loyal business partnerships both externally and with our internal partners
Attend regularly scheduled sales and technical training meetings, including area, regional and national sales conventions for the purpose of learning products, industry trends, programs, and processes
Develop and execute robust marketing campaigns in all prospects and accounts
Become an ongoing trusted specialist with your customers, utilizing value-add programs to deliver solutions
What You’ll bring to the table:
2+ years of sales, account management, or comparable experience
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and/or client needs simultaneously
Responsive and dependable in communication, execution of self-appointed tasks
Unafraid to work in a highly competitive market, driven primarily by relationships and value-added products
Determined, focused and organized
Highly Independent, entrepreneurial mindset
A passion for helping schools, parents, and students capture and celebrate their important achievements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sales, preferred. / Work experience in lieu of degree considered
