As IT Presales Engineer, you will join a team of experienced and enthusiastic IT specialists and your duties will be the following:

• Set up and conduct presentations to customers both in private and public sector
• Provide technical and business knowledge and expertise to identify customer requirements and match them to the proposed solutions
• Coordinate closely with sales team in order to align solution design with customer’s business needs
• Propose new technologies and best practices in the IT projects, when needed

requirements

In order for your profile to match the IT Presales Engineer position, you need to have the following skills:

• Degree in IT or relevant field
• ≥ 2 years of experience in a relevant position in private and/or public sector
• Demonstrated experience in conducting presentations
• Demonstrated experience in preparing proposals, RFI/RFP responses
• Understanding of software development services, systems administration, VoIP services and CTI Systems
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
• Completed military obligations, if applicable
