responsibilities
As a Receptionist some of your tasks may include:
- Arrange meetings with internal and external parties and provide administrative support to Country Manager(s) and other executives by managing their schedules, appointments
- Liaise between departments and provide front desk support to guests and clients
- Provide administrative support such as handling mail and telephone calls as switchboard operator
- Ensure Top Management guests are easily accommodated
- Be key contact for any issue relating to the building such as repairs, access cards
- Arrange and check courier costs and office supply costs and make orders from warehouse
- Arrange company’s travel requirements such as issuing tickets, making hotel reservations and car rentals, while ensuring cost control and checking invoices
- Arrange meals for business meetings, booking conference rooms and video conference facilities
requirements
The requirements for the Receptionist position are:
- 1-3 years Office Coordination experience, preferably in a multinational company
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related field, or working towards a degree
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Dependable and reliable
