Fruit Room Operator (Grade 4) – B Shift (6:00AM-6:30PM, Every Other Weekend Required)

Summary

The Fruit Room Operator is responsible for the setup, operation and monitoring of the fruit room during production and CIP.

Responsibilities

Complete necessary paperwork

Set up equipment for production and CIP

Clean equipment and work area as necessary

Monitor and change totes as necessary making sure to sanitize connections prior to hook-up

Weigh totes and place in appropriate location

Perform daily inventory and submit orders for fruit needed to meet production demands

Test air pressure of totes for quality purposes

Communicate with other departments frequently to ensure job tasks are completed

Remove fruit waste as necessary

Sample totes at the end of each use

Train other employees as necessary

Other duties as assigned

Follow allergen procedures

Follow Chobani safety procedures

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices

Requirements

3 or more months of experience in a Production environment

High School Diploma or equivalent
