Estiatorio Milos is looking for a Reservationist to join our team.
The Reservationist is responsible for taking/confirming reservations, directing calls to proper employees and delivering highest levels of customer service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for taking reservations for restaurant
- Resolves customer requests and questions
- Operates office equipment, computers and terminals as necessary
- Delegate and monitor progress and completion of work assignments
- Respond to any guest concerns and ensure solutions are in the best interest of the guest and the restaurant
- Motivate and exceed guest expectations
- Continuous communication with FOH manager to discuss and relay any changes and special requests for guests
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant
- Expert knowledge of guest information reservation system, Resy and Opentable preferred
- Must possess excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-lingual a plus
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skills
