What does this role of UI/UX designer entail?

• Translating concepts into user flows, journeys, wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Creating user stories, personas, and storyboards
• Applying user-centric methodologies and common practices to design websites, UIs, mobile UIs and online content
• Optimising designs by devising elegant solutions
• Facilitating the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching and creating prototypes 
• Planning and conducting competitor analysis & user research
• Work closely with the product team and other departments to create top-performing interfaces

requirements

What do you need to have to apply for this UI/UX designer position?

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design or relevant field
• min. 3 years of experience in UI/UX designer position, with emphasis in UX, wireframe research & user testing
• Fluent in user-centered design best practices and usability rules
• Great knowledge of Figma (preferably), or Sketch/ Adobe XD 
• Working experience in applications / websites
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Zeplin and Principle
• Experience with planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping Agile experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
