responsibilities

As a Digital Sourcing Specialist in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop digital campaigns to advertize and promote openings to ensure the needed numbers of applications
• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for potential candidates
• Post jobs on relevant platforms and job boards
• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire, cost of hire and time-to-fill
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Team for advertising all recruitment needs
• Coordinate all sources for receiving relevant CVs

requirements

In order for your profile to match the Digital Sourcing Specialist position you need to have the following skills:

• 1-2 years of work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or 3 in lieu of a degree (Human Resources
• Management, Marketing etc.)
• Expertise in social networks, job sites and CVs databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management
• software will be considered as a plus
