responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for day to day operation of the warehouse
- Coordinate loadings, deliveries, purchase orders, cancellation and return on a daily basis
- Manage stock using the dedicated ERP system
- Use forklifts for the shelves management
- Follow-up the delivery and closing of purchase orders and report any non-conformities
- Keep high priority in all activities with the best practices in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety
- Keep a weekly follow-up on stock levels with alarms and reorders
- Prepare monthly reporting related to above activities in the given deadlines
- Plan and execute direct deliveries to clients
- Update ordering system via ERP entering the appropriate data
requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse environment
- Fluency in English language, written and verbally
- Good command of electric forklift
- Good command of WMS
- Knowledge of Scanner and ERP literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
