This individual is responsible for all prep production for the cafe, while delivering excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
Prepare all food & beverage prep for the café operation
Partner with management on seasonal menu roll outs that are prep based
Maintain cleanliness and DOH standards at all times
Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedules
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
Greet and engage guests when necessary
Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements
1-2 years of related experience
Strong ability to multi-task
Excellent brand knowledge
Energetic and passionate about the Chobani brand
Must possess a strong work ethic and be an enthusiastic and proactive team player
Ability to perform under pressure without constant supervision
Ability to anticipate needs based on environmental and guest cues
Ability to work a variety of stations
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
Excellent communication skills
