responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who will hold the below responsibilities:
- Participate in company projects
- Communicate with corporate clients, create corporate accounts
- Build and provide reports
- Ensure implementation and compliance of the purchasing strategy
- Build a client portfolio and drive continuous improvement on Travel process
- Ensure a two-way information flow between group and local teams
- Act as a key contact for suppliers
- Ensure the level 3 to 4 support on travel related topics
requirements
The ideal Travel Manager will have the following:
- Minimum 5 year experience in a travel sector as inhouse company travel manager, or in a travel management company supporting key account businesses in international context
- Fluency in English. French will be considered as an advantage
- Mastery of Google Suite
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with continuous change initiatives
- Able to work in multicultural environments
- Ability to implement Group Policies
- Autonomy, proactiveness
- Leadership skills
- Team work spirit
- Efficient and effective results
