Job Summary

The Work Study Student supports the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life on the Statesboro campus as an Office Assistant beginning Fall Semester 2021.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period. Georgia Southern University is a tobacco and smoke-free community. All faculty, staff, and students must adhere to the established University System of Georgia policy.

Responsibilities

Prepares and processes all Greek Socials paperwork

Scanning and Filing of confidential documents

Answers and/or transfers phone calls

Schedules Meetings

Runs various errands around campus

Shift Specifics

Up to 15 hours per week

Availability between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Flexible with schedule of availability

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University

Other Required Qualifications

Must be eligible for a Federal Work Study Award

Proposed Salary

$8.00 per hour
