You will be joining our accomplished team of Recruitment Consultants in one of our industry specialties such as: IT, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Business Support, Engineering & Logistics, or Client Services.  

As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad you will manage relationships with our large and well-known client base along with developing new business under the Randstad brand. You will be surrounded by a successful, stable and supportive team that wants to see you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• New business development
• Writing and publishing job adverts
• End to end candidate management including;
• Screening and assessing candidates for appropriate positions
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitable for clients
• Screen and assess candidates with various assessment tools
• Coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline within your scope of specialty
• Utilize new technologies to find best candidates
• Contract management

• Ideally you will be a graduate in HR or business related field
• You have previous sales experience
