responsibilities

As a Hebrew Customer Service Agent – Work from Home, your responsibilities will be to:

  • ​Provide customer/technical support to​ ​the ​​Hebrew speaking clientele
  • ​Receive and respond to all customer inquiries via ​inbound calls, emails and online chats
  • ​Maintain solid customer relationships by offer guidance to customer issues and concerns with speed and professionalism​
  • ​Perform data entry and use of software programs

  • PC literacy
