The responsibilities of the HR Specialist include:

• Managing the recruitment cycle of the company
• Candidate Communication, vendor Communication
• Manage Hiring Documentation, such as Employment contracts, Internal Policies
• Take initiatives in order to set new HR Systems
• Coordinate the communication between Line Managers and Candidates
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Filtering, selection and validation of received applications
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and fulfill project goals
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Assist On-site team with daily responsibilities required to keep Recruitment Operations successful
• Development of actions to increase Candidate applications

requirements

The ideal candidate for the HR Specialist position should have:

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
• Proven work experience in similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding and use of english language
