responsibilities

Your duties as a Solar Design Manager will include:

• Involvement in all development stages of PV projects
• Responsibility for the technical (engineering) review of the bidding drafting of PV projects
• Be charged with contract finalization of the engineering/technical annexes
• Control scheme review as well as grids regulations review by liaising with local consultants for projects around the world aiming to derive the scope of supply and scope of works
• Definition of the equipment specifications and schedules commissioning
• Identification of the sources of potential problems, proactively take preventive measures to avoid any project risks as well as determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact
• Assist with drafting the scope of work and estimate the respective project budgets for PV projects

requirements

For the Solar Design Manager  position, the requirements you need to have are the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or other relevant engineering field
• Electrical Licensing is desirable
• 3+ years experience in PV, BESS, MH-HV electrical installations
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity and working knowledge of Autocad, PVSyst, Electrical Design
• Fluency in English is essential
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
