As an Order Desk Customer Service Officer, your duties will include the following:
- answer customers’ product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services
- process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- support ordering process via SAP system
- apply general knowledge of the business and develop an understanding of how to coordinate customer service and invoicing
requirements
As an Order Desk Customer Service Officer, you must have the following requirements:
- 1 year of experience in ordering positions
- AEI/TEI degree
- literacy in ERP systems, SAP will be considered as an asset
- excellent PC skills
- strong working in a multitasking environment
- great communication and customer service skills
- excellent command in English
