We are looking for a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join an innovative Robotics team in Athens Center. This is a Group role working closely with several departments, such as Finance and Operations. The objective is to automate repetitive complex processes where there is a business benefit in it, while sharing knowledge and supporting other team members.
This is a full-time job, with the opportunity of also working remotely!

responsibilities
As an RPA Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, test and implement medium to complex processes in Blue Prism tool to meet defined business requirements and maximize business model efficiency
- Configure new processes and objects in Blue Prism tool using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
- Maintain and support existing bots and provide timely resolutions to arising issues
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders, and subject matter experts, to support all phases of RPA development
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
- Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews and development sessions
- Responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure of the automation platform in collaboration with our hosting / infrastructure team
- Communicate any identified risks and issues and provide relevant inputs
- Communicate with vendor on software related issues and suggest relevant improvements
requirements
The minimum technical requirements for this RPA Developer position are:
- Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS or a similar Analytical field
- At least 2 of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL, relational databases and application development
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and fixing any issues in production environment
- Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external partner
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage expectations
- A proactive and creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) or certification as a RPA developer/architect will be considered an asset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Jira is highly desirable
- Availability to travel on an occasional basis, depending on the position’s needs
