responsibilities
As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, your tasks will include:
- Manage, administer and control the correct and accurate data of employees
- Liaise with external provider for payroll issues
- Ensure and coordinate internal procedures for company’s regarding the public sector
- Prepare payroll and administration reports
- Manage time attendance system and provide monthly reports
- Administer hiring/termination process and prepares necessary forms
- Administer employee benefits (private medical insurance plan, company cars, vouchers,mobile phones)
- Act as a point of contact to employees for any questions or any administrative HR needs
- Ad Hoc HR projects
- Assists with monthly salary for staff and any extra fees, sickness, absences etc
- Assists and provides support to Managers regarding payroll and HR issues
- Maintains contact with local authorities to ensure that they have a thorough and complete knowledge of the payroll legislative framework and all processes involved
requirements
The requirements for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist role are:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting, Post graduate in HR would be a plus
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience a payroll processing role
- Excellent knowledge of labor law
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Strong MS Office skills
- Knowledgeable in legal framework relating to payroll and Human Resources issues
- Excellent communication skills, organized, time management, and multitasking
